Restaurant Review. The Bay View Thai Cuisine
What first struck me most about this new bar/restaurant was the service, especially as this was a Sunday afternoon and there was a child minder on hand to take care of our children. The food was excellent, authentic and fresh. We had the choice of eating in the more formal restaurant area, but chose the bar to be close to the kids. The childrens menu incuded chicken nuggets-thai style.

What the proprietors say: The Bay View Bar & Thai Dining is situated on the sweeping sands of Swansea Bay overlooking the scenic Mumbles light house.With a burning ambition to bring authentic Thai to Swansea, the new owners, Matt and Sam Nicol have created a haven for lovers of Thai cuisine. Together with award winning Head Chef,  their aim is simple - to bring quality home made, fresh authentic Thai cuisine to the people of Swansea.
Postscript: This is a new venture that is well worth the visit. The customer service and the experience prompted me to write this feature - that in itself should speak volumes.
