Continue along the promenade, past Verdis, across the road is the Bristol Channel Yacht Club which dates back to 1902, in the same area was an iron ore mine and a forge. Walk
through the Knab Rock car park and along the road towards the Pier.
Halfway along the road you will see the old Lifeboat House, look at
the badges on the wall, it is now the home of Mumbles Rowing Club. Across
the road is the RNLIs Inshore rescue boat. |
