On leaving Parkmill you travel up the hill through the tree- lined road, as the road levels out at the top, you are now in the village of Penmaen.

If you want a different view of Three Cliffs Bay but without the walk, pull into the layby on the left, do not leave you car parked here. If you want to walk, continue along the road, you will see a bus stop on your right, turn right here and park the other side of the cattle grid.

From the car park turn right along the short pavement, cross the road into a small car park. On your left you will see double gates leading down a lane, go through them and follow the path until you reach a wooden gate. After passing through it you can continue straight on to Three Cliffs Bay or you can turn right towards Tor Bay. The paths meet up so you can walk either way.

You will have spectacular panoramic views over the bays and coastline.
