| During the Summer months on Bank holiday
weekends, Swansea society of model Engineers get together
to operate a small gauge railway that kids just love.
I am not sure how long this has been operating but it's
at least 40 years. Admission is free for Kids and Adults
are charged just 20p. The rides are 50p a time, except
for under 3yrs -they go for free. The track in total
is about 600 metere slong and the ride takes about 3
minutes to complete. |

Visitors may gather in the middle of
the track, many bring their own picnics. Kids just
love
it -
it is
especially good fun and ideal for children aged
between 4-8 yrs. Although all ages are welcome
The track is situated in the middle of suburbia, just
off the Derwen Fawr Road, opposite the now closed Emmanuel
School - look out for the signs - Open on Bank Holidays
