For the visitor looking to enjoy the scenic walks and glory of Gower I would recommend 'Circular Walks of Gower'
I have hade the privilege of meeting both authors mentioned, Nick Jenkins, although not local has produced a concise guide that is reasonably priced - note it contains some basic illustrations and should be used in conjunction with an OS Map - SEE AMAZON REVIEW

If you would like to relive or just enjoy images of Gower then 'Three Corners of Gower' stands out. Peter Douglas Jones is a senior partner in a large local legal firm and he is talented photographer - the book has been produced by local printers to a high standard - the quality of light in some shots is extraordinary.
