| This homely, two bedroom cottage is situated
in the heart of the countryside, with spectacular views of Worms Head
and the sweep of Llangennith bay. Situated in one of Wales’
most picturesque areas, it is ideal for couples and families alike.
There is easy access to the beaches of the Gower Penninsula, which
is popular with surfers, water sports and family days out. Rhossilli/Llangennith
bay is a two minute drive away. Oxwich Bay and indeed all the Gower
beaches are also within easy driving distance, where you can enjoy
peaceful walks and partake of the wonderful scenery. |

The Cottage |

The local village is a stones throw away, and has
a warm and friendly atmosphere. There is a village pub, which serves
food all day, and a small camp shop. Newly built in 2004 is Eddies
café which is situated in Hillend.
The accommodation is recently rennovated, and has
all modern conveniences. It comprises of a sun porch, lounge with
an open fireplace, 2 seater sofa and 2 easy chairs, a dining table
with chairs and a television. The kitchen is also well equipped,
with a cooker, microwave washing machine and a fridge freezer. |

The Bedroom |

Upstairs has the same warm, homely feeling as downstairs,
with a large gallery bedroom with stripped pine floors. This room
contains a double bed, bed side tables, a wardrobe and a chest of
drawers.
The second bedroom also has stripped pine floors, twin beds and bedside
tables, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has
an electric shower, a shaver point, wc, and a wash hand basin.
The grounds of the cottage comprise of a patio area, ideal for sitting
out in the summer and evening barbecues. This leads on to a large
lawn area, with direct access onto Llanmadoc Hill, and the numerous
walks that act as one of the many attractions of the area. Adjacent
to the garden is a fresh water spring.
Cot, high chair and backpack available on request.
